WHAT DOES PARITY DEVELOPMENT BRING

Leading Parity Development is Steve PonTell and the Webb family; patriarch Reggie, daughter Kiana, and sons Karim and Kyle.

As a veteran, Reggie Webb brings decades of expertise, holding high-level corporate and elected positions with the McDonald's Corporation. At McDonald’s, Reggie conceived a parity agreement that directly increased revenue system-wide by securing previously unavailable resources. Within the first four years, the number of successful African American operators grew by over 60%.

Reggie's daughter and successor, Kiana Webb, utilizes her background managing 1,200 employees across two counties and nine cities to direct project operations. Kiana has a perceptive ability to engage fully and, during her tenure, developed innovative systems that improved time management, accuracy, accountability, and morale. Her effortless connection to people creates a cultural awareness vital to effective execution. And her organizational leadership ensures projects run efficiently and deliver on time.

Reggie's eldest son, Karim Webb, brings a unique perspective. His clear understanding of how health, education, housing, faith, arts, and entertainment are vital to a community’s safety and well-being. He brings this knowledge to his board positions at Los Angeles World Airport Commission and California Community Foundation, providing valuable insights for positively impacting outcomes on a large scale.

Reggie and Rene’s third child, Kyle Webb, manages financial operations and contract negotiations at Parity Development. Additionally, Kyle operates Webb Family Investments focusing on scaling small minority-run enterprises. He has spent most of his career leading efforts to create parity in local communities; he is the CEO of CEEM (Cooperative Economic Empowerment Movement), uniting communities around market potential by providing support to businesses and individuals.

Joining the Webb family is Steve PonTell. Steve comes from a Navy family and recently served as CEO of National CORE (National Community Renaissance), a $2 Billion corporation that has built 9,000 affordable apartments in three states. He consults on community development, economic development, and housing affordability matters. And he adds vast experience in public-private partnerships, assembling resources for intricate and large-scale projects, and practical development knowledge.
